Verification Guide
LetzHalal uses a four-tier verification system to help you identify the reliability level of information for each establishment.
Verification Levels
Level 1: Not Verified
This level includes two distinct sources:
The establishment is listed based on public information (Google, Uber Eats, etc.). No direct verification has been conducted.
The establishment was added by a community member. Not independently verified by the LetzHalal team.
In both cases, the establishment is in our database, but we don't yet have documented proof of its Halal status.
Level 2: Confirmed
Our team has directly exchanged with the manager. The establishment verbally attests to serving Halal, although no document has been transmitted so far.
This means the establishment claims to be Halal, but we don't have documented proof.
Level 3: Verified
A community member or our team has submitted visual proof of origin (photo of supplier certificate, purchase invoice, or traceability label) that has been reviewed and validated.
This means we have seen and verified concrete, documented proof of the Halal origin of products at a given date.
Level 4: Certified
The establishment has its own official certification (recognized label) or has undergone a complete audit as part of a partnership with LetzHalal.
This is the highest level of trust. These establishments have verified official certification or are official partners.
